We are an online retail store offering brand-new electronic products through a dropshipping model. Products are shipped directly from our partnered suppliers to customers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to supplier-based inventory updates. We do not manufacture the products ourselves.
5. Order Processing and Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept the following payment methods:

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
6. Shipping Policy
We ship products across India only.
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location and the supplier.
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. A standard shipping fee of ₹69 is applied to orders below that amount.
Once shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at gyatsotechpvtltd@gmail.com.
We may request photo or video proof of the issue before processing your return.
Once the return is approved and the product is received in original condition, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Products sold on our site may come with a manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
We are not responsible for handling warranty claims directly but will assist in connecting you with the respective brand support.
